NHSC Storm release basketball schedule

The defending American Indian Higher Education Consortium Basketball Champions have released the men’s and woman’s basketball schedule for the 2016-17 season. The Storm of Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College will have seven home games in New Town this season.
NHSC Athletic Director Clinton Wolf said the program was maturing in its fourth year of existence. In past years, Wolf said, he was still trying to find opponents to fill dates in the schedule in August. This year, things fell into place by the beginning of the summer break. He was also able to schedule more games in New Town this year.
"In the past we have had to be road warriors," Wolf said. "But now I can go to the other schools and say, ‘Last year we came to you, now it is your turn to come to our house.’"
