New Town runners place well

New Town runners competed very well in a mixed Class A and B race at the Becki Wells Invitational Cross Country Meet in Dickinson.
There were 99 runners that competed in the girls’ varsity division. New Town finished well in the field with Symbria Bell having an excellent run finishing in 25th place with one of her best times. Taylor LeBeau finished in 59th place with a very tough field of runners.
The JV division had 92 total with Ashley Hale coming in with a strong run finishing seventh. Alena Janssen finished in 69th place, Arianna Bell in 75th and Sierra Rain Sun 91st place. “We had one runner in the Junior High Girls Division with Lexie Tveter finishing 21st out of 93 runners in her very first race in cross country, said Coach Brian Anderson
