Ethridge headed Down Under

Rusty Ethridge, a sophomore at New Town High School and a member of the wrestling team, has been selected to participate in an international wrestling tournament in Australia.
Ethridge, the son of Amanda and Nevada Ethridge, was selected by Down Under Sports to participate in the 28th Annual Down Under Sports Tournament, a multi-sport event held on the Gold Coast of Australia. The Ethridge Family will be holding a spaghetti feed fundraiser at the New Town Civic Center on Wednesday, March 16 starting at 11 a.m. and going until the food is gone. Ethridge is also seeking sponsors to help defray the costs of traveling to Australia and participating in the event. He needs to raise about $6,000.
