Eagles tracksters rack up wins
The Eagles boys team won the NDSU Indoor meet on March 2eighth with a great team effort. They scored 90 points to win the meet. Lisbon had 69, Grafton 58, Carrington 47, and Watford City 40 to round out the top 5.
The 3200 relay team of Joe Chase, Jalen Chase, Scott Hale, and Ryan Wheeling ran to a first place finish. Other first place finishes were Elijah Grady first in the shot put, Ryan Wheeling first in the 800 meter run and 1600 meter run, and Jalen Chase first in the 3200 meter run. Other places by the Eagles were Joe Chase third in the 800 meter run, Jalen Chase second in the 1600 meter run, Scott Hale fourth in the 1600 meter run and second in the 3200 meter run, Chace Hale sixth in the 1600 meter run and third in the 3200 meter run, and Jaiven Hale fifth in the 3200 meter. It was a very good start to the season with everyone that competed coming through with excellent efforts.
