In the girls’ division Symbria Bell competed in 3 events. She turned in a great overall performance in all three events she ran in. She had a career best time of 11:58.21 placing 6th in the 3200 meter run. Her 1600 meter run time was also a career best of 5:30.10 and she missed placing getting 10th overall in a very tough group of runners. She just missed placing in the 800 meter run with a 9th place finish and a great effort in 2:28.70. Symbria closed out a very good track season with her efforts.
In the boys’ division the Eagles ran and threw their way to an 8th place finish as a team with 27 total points. They were only 6 points away from 5th place and a team trophy.
In the discus throw Elijah Grady took 2nd place with a great throw and new school record of 158’11” and Cole Danks threw his season best and placed 7th with a throw of 149’6”.
