Athlete of the Year
Athlete of the Year New Town’s Justin Many Ribs, named last week as Senior Athlete of the Year in West Region cross country, will be competing for a top spot in Saturday’s state cross country meet in Valley City. Many Ribs, who finished second in the West Region meet, has been either first or second in every race he’s run in 2009 and has a legitimate chance to win the individual state title, according to his coach Brian Anderson.
