Tribal Business Council announces change in executive officers
The Three Affiliated Tribes (TAT) Business Council met Sunday during a special meeting to discuss and vote on a change in executive officer positions for the tribal council. The executive office positions of vice-chairman, secretary, and treasurer are nominated and voted upon by only the tribal chairman and the six council representatives.
“I felt changes in the financial duties and responsibilities per the Constitution and Bylaws could be improved with Mervin Packineau, Parshall Segment Representative,” stated TAT Chairman Marcus D. Levings. “Councilman Packineau has six years tenure with the Tribal Business Council of the Three Affiliated Tribes.”
