Shooting forces school lockdowns

A shooting at the Hilltop Trailer Court in Parshall forced lockdowns at area schools.
The Three Affiliated Tribes Police Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation have released very limited information about the shooting. It is known that one man was taken by ambulance to Minot after the shooting occurred on Thursday, Nov. 5. On Monday, Nov. 9, the Three Affiliated Tribes released a photo and name of a suspect, James Lowe, who also goes by the names of Chad Kinkaid Morris and Wesley James Lowe. Lowe is described as a white male approximately 35 years old, 6’1 ft tall with green eyes. He has tattoos on the neck and both arms.
No additional information about the suspect or the victim has been released.
