Parade of Lights is not far off

Frost is on the pumpkin and snow has graced our town a couple of times already which means the New Town Chamber Annual Parade of Lights and Walkabout is not far away. The New Town chamber has set the date of the 2016 event for Saturday, December 3.
To prepare for the 24th Annual Parade of Lights the Chamber would like to remind participants to begin getting entries ready for the event. To pre-register a float call the city offices at 627-4812. Entrants are asked to be in place for the parade at the General Store by 5 p.m. on December 3.
