New hotel to open Friday
New Leaf Hospitality announced today that the Little Missouri Inn & Suites on highway 23 in New Town, North Dakota will officially open August 1, 2014. The hotel is located next to Alco. The company is also building an extended stay hotel on the adjacent lot which will open in October.
"This beautiful hotel brings the highest levels of accommodations and service to New Town and is a great addition to the brand’s growing portfolio in Western North Dakota," Brett Erdmann, president of New Leaf Hospitality, Inc. said. "New Town has proven itself as one of the most dynamic and growing cities and we are confident it will become the preferred choice for business and leisure travelers visiting the area."
This is the second project for Erdman. His company built another Little Missouri Inn and Suites hotel and Teddy’s Residential Suites extended stay motel in Watford City in 2013. Those hotels are managed by New Leaf Hospitality as well.
The three-story Little Missouri Inn & Suites includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, a business center with Wi-Fi, indoor pool, jacuzzi, free breakfast and a large meeting space. The 90 rooms feature a microwave, refrigerator, a 50-inch LED flat-screen TV and coffee maker.
