Four Bears Casino and Lodge to add 122 rooms
Four Bears Casino and Lodge recently announced plans to break ground on a brand new hotel wing, with a ribbon cutting ceremony planned for Thursday, April 12th, at noon.
The 122-room hotel addition to the existing 4 Bears Casino and Lodge will include 100 standard rooms, 20 suites and two executive suites with walk out balconies. The new design will place an emphasis on functionality, sustainability and aesthetics, with many rooms showcasing the spectacular views of Lake Sakakawea. The executive suites themselves are over 1,600 square feet each with upgrades throughout. The entire hotel is slated to be constructed, furnished and open for business this fall and will be funded entirely by the Three Affiliated Tribes.
Along with the expansion, a new fine dining restaurant is also planned that will accommodate up to 120 people. The current Cache buffet restaurant will also be undergoing a complete remodel.
Heading up the hotel expansion will be the Alliance Building Group (ABG), a leading national general contractor headquartered in Las Vegas. ABG opened their North Dakota division 18 months ago due to their emphasis on Lean Construction practices and technology that they describe as, “a perfect fit for the strained market conditions and challenging labor shortages in North Dakota.”
