Four Bears breaks ground for new store

The MHA Nation’s plan to develop the Four Bears Peninsula as a vacation destination took another step last week as dignitaries gathered to break ground for an expansion of the Eagles Landing Convenience Store on North Dakota Highway 23.
According to project manager Robert White, the new store will be built just to the south of the existing C-Store and gas station. The existing store will be demolished when the new store is complete and additional gas and diesel pump islands will be installed.
“Four Bears Community is improving their C-Store,” White said. “The new store will have geothermal heating, LED lighting, and will be as eco-friendly as possible.”
