College students home for break should get their H1N1 vaccination
The Upper Missouri District Health Unit (UMDHU) would like to encourage students home from college on Christmas break to get their H1N1 vaccinations while they are at home.
Divide County will be having a vaccination clinic on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. while supplies last at the Divide County High School.
McKenzie County will have a vaccination clinic on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. while supplies last at the Civic Center.
Mountrail County will have a vaccination clinic on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. while supplies last at the Memorial building.
Williams County will have a vaccination clinic on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. while supplies last at the Williston office.
People who should get vaccinated for H1N1 vaccination are children ages 6 months to 24 years of age, pregnant women, caregivers of infants younger than 6 months and people ages 25 to 64 with underlying health conditions (for example: asthma, diabetes, heart disease, cancer or chronic lung disease) and anyone who wants protection from the H1N1 virus.
