16 seek tribal chairman nod in Sept. 21 primary

For the next three weeks the New Town News and Mountrail County Record will be featuring candidates who have announced they are running for tribal chairman of the Three Affiliated Tribes.
Incumbent Marcus Levings is among the 16 who have thrown their hats into the ring to lead the Three Affiliated Tribes for the next four years. Levings’ is in his first term as tribal chairman.
