State Land Board accepting Energy Impact Grant Applications
The State Land Board announced today that it is accepting project applications for funds from the Energy Impact Grant program.
Political subdivisions, including counties, park districts, schools and other eligible public entities impacted by oil and gas development are welcome to apply for grant funds available to address infrastructure impacts resulting from energy activity.
Applications for specific improvements and needs supporting infrastructure will be accepted until September 27, 2012 by the Energy Infrastructure and Impact Office, which operates the grant program on behalf of the Land Board.
