School board picks business manager
Winter coaching staff offered positions

After what seemed like a long process, the Parshall School Board narrowed its choices down to one candidate and made an offer.
Last Tuesday the board voted unanimously to offer Connie Blatherwick the business manager position after Shannon Erie resigned her position in October.
The board interviewed Blatherwick and was waiting to interview a second candidate Nov. 9 but the second candidate backed out citing a lack of housing in the area.
The board then discussed Blatherwick and the four other candidates that had originally applied and were comfortable offering her the position.
Following its vote to offer Blatherwick the job, Supintendent Steve Cascaden was directed to contact her and present a contract offer.
