RTC’s longest serving employee steps down

When Judy Brunselle steps away from her desk the last time, she will do so having accomplished an amazing 46 years of service to her employer, Resesrvation Telephone Company in Parshall.
Brunselle served RTC in various capacities over her career. Most recently she worked as a Customer Service Representative. That position required a lot of discussion with patrons.
“I liked working with people whether it was a bill question, payment option, transferring questions to the proper person, contacting people, opening mail and other duties as needed. I really have enjoyed the many people that I have talked and worked with with over the years,” she said.
Of course, Brunselle had a front row seat to the many changes that time and technology have demanded.
