Promoters looking forward to spring

With spring just around the corner or down the road a bit, the Parshall Promoters are gearing up for community support in the near future and longer.
One project on the drawing board is the annual spring cleanup. It is common knowledge that winter can leave behind some dinginess. That fact prompts the need for the spring clean up. Members of the Parshall Promoters plan to organize a main street clean up sometime around May 20. Final times and dates will be announced.
Additionally, community members can look for some extra beatification. Committee members within the Promoters have used the winter months to research trash container styles and flower pots. Members are looking for the best options available to finalize the steps of the project.
Promoters’ members are also working on a "Keep Parshall Clean Poster Contest." The group will coordinate the specifics of the contest and prizes for the winners.
Giving to the community in the form of donations is an important part of what the Promoters do.
The Parshall Fire Department and After Prom Party committee will both receive $100 each from the group to be used toward their activities.
