Parshall will soon have a new option for breakfast and supper as the Rockview Plaza puts the final touches on space for its first new business.
The Stoney End West will serve breakfast and supper buffet and will be opening by the end of next week. The restaurant is owned by Lori Harris, who also owns the Stoney End restaurant in Garrison. Stoney End West will be open from 5 to 9 a.m. for breakfast and 5 to 9 p.m. for supper. Harris said she will consider opening for lunch if the demand will support it.
“We will serve your typical breakfast, waffles, eggs, potatoes, muffins,” Harris said. “Supper will be two meats, vegetables, potatoes, a salad bar. We will also be offering sandwiches to go or brown bag lunches in the morning for truck drivers or whoever looking for lunch items.”
