Parshall reviews state testing data

The Parshall School Board was given a review of its students’ test results for the 2011-12 school year and the results were mixed.
While students showed positive educational growth during the school year, the results were not as good as Superintendent John Weidner had hoped. He was disappointed that the test scores didn’t reflect the results he saw the teachers getting in the classroom.
“If there is to be a school improvement plan, it shouldn’t be based on these tests,” Weidner said.
