Parshall dedicates new high school

There were lots of oohs and ahhs at many members of the public got their first look at the new Parshall High School.
Amber Youngbird will be overseeing the new building as High School Principal along with Superintendent Shane Sagert. She is excited by the potential the new building offers both students and teachers.
“The first day went so smooth,” Youngbird said. “The students transitioned very well even though we don’t have a bell system yet. The teachers let them know when to move and they moved to the right classrooms. If anyone got lost the other students were glad to show them where to go. I stood out at the front and everybody came in smiling ear to ear.”
