Parshall Area Community Foundation Awards Grants
The Parshall Area Community Foundation has announced the 2014 grant recipients. The Foundation provides grants to nonprofit community projects and programs within and surrounding the city of Parshall. Just under $4,000 is available in grant awards.
This year’s grants include $2,500 to the Parshall Centennial Board to help pay for printing programs for the event, $900 to the Parshall 2,000 to help pay for roof repairs on the Rock View Plaza, and $500 to the Parshall Park Board to help pay for scoping the pipes around the pool to find damage.
The Foundation awarded its inaugural grants in 2012 to the Parshall Resource Center to help fund therapeutic community outreach programs and the Rockview School for Tots to help fund technology equipment.
