N.D. Highway 22 reopens with bypass

N.D. Highway 22 reopens with bypass
The North Dakota Department of Transportation along with the North Dakota Highway Patrol have opened N.D. Highway 22, approximately two miles south of Mandaree. A temporary bypass is in place at this time. Traffic across the bypass is reduced to one lane and motorists must stop and take turns. Flaggers are in place to direct traffic.
No traffic will be allowed on N.D. 22 between RP 124, 18 miles north of Killdeer, and the Lost Bridge, Little Missouri River.
The following highways remains closed in the area:
· N.D. 22, 18 miles north of Killdeer. The following detour is in place: Northbound traffic: Head west on N.D. Highway 200 to N.D. Highway 85. Turn north onto U.S. Highway 85 to Watford City. Turn east onto N.D. Highway 23 to New Town.
Southbound traffic: Head west on N.D. 23 to Watford City. Turn south onto U.S. 85 at Watford City to N.D. 200. Turn east onto N.D. 200 to Killdeer. Interstate 94 eastbound traffic: Exit at Belfield (Exit 42). Then go north on U.S. 85 to Watford City. Turn east on N.D. 23 to New Town.
