Mountrail County Ag Agency sausage making class
The Mountrail County Ag Agency held it’s annual sausage making class at the Mountrail County South Complex on Dec 19th in Stanley. Participants had the opportunity to learn the different cuts of meat, sausage mixes, food safety, the grinding and mixing procedures and the developing of the final product for consumption.
Participants were coached to make two different fresh breakfast sausages that they could spice up to their own teams desired taste.
The class gives an opportunity for participants to share, learn and regain a lost art of sausage making.
