Fiber being plowed in Parshall
There has been some added activity in the Parshall area recently as Reservation Telephone Cooperative (RTC) continues with their Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) project. According to RTC Project Manager Dennis Kellar, fiber is being plowed in and around the city of Parshall. RTC has contracted with Central Trenching Incorporated (CTI) of Minot to do the fiber plowing. This is the second step in the FTTH project. The first step was done earlier this summer when RTC installed new equipment on homes and businesses in Parshall and the next step in the project is to splice the fiber together.
