Centennial Quilt on display

The Parshall Centennial Quilt is one of the projects that will mark the 100th birthday of Parshall this summer. The quilt was made by Mildred Fox Jordt, an award winning quilter and authority on the role of star quilts in contemporary Native American society. Jordt was born and raised on the Fort Berthold Reservation and has lived in Kansas for many years. Her quilts have been selected for traveling exhibits in Kansas and several are on display at the Three Affiliated Tribes Museum. The Centennial Committee is raffling off the quilt and tickets.
