Women’s Prairie Scramble

It was a warm one, and even 10 a.m., it was 85 degrees and humid as the shotgun sounded for the Women’s Prairie Scramble. There were six teams of four this year.
After the first nine holes, it was tied up between the first and second place team at 39, but Amanda Melby’s team was able to squeak out a 36 to put them two strokes ahead for the finish.
Top prize with a total score of 75 went to team of Amanda Melby, Crystal Flath, Joan Roberts and Tyson Smedstad.
