Wilcox Team Wins Women’s Scramble
The Women’s Prairie Scramble was held Saturday, August fourth at the Garrison Golf Course. Forty four women participated in the 11 team tournament. It was a tight race after 9 holes, but the team of Chandra Wilcox, Paulette Hushka, Casey Behles and Heidi Roberts managed to pull ahead to win with a score of 69.
After finishing up the 18 hole tournament, the teams were divided into two flights. Second place in the first flight with a 71 was Janis Gerding, Serena Zietz, Marian Roberts and Sally Iverson.
