PARSHALL – Three days of back-to-back games, all against teams in District 15, ended on Saturday afternoon with the White Shield Warriors maintaining a so-far perfect district record.
After defeating Trenton and Williston Trinity Christian last month, the Warriors were put through a gauntlet of three games between fellow district teams Alexander Comets, Mandaree Warriors and Parshall/North Shore-Plaza – in that order – in a battle to maintain the number one seed for District 15.
White Shield led the game against the Comets during the first half, ending the quarters 17-9 and 32-22. However, the third quarter ended with Alexander down by five points. In the end, White Shield pulled ahead and secured the game 63-53.
