Troopers fall to Center-Stanton
The Troopers played a difficult match last Tuesday when they took on the Center-Stanton Wildcats.
“Going into this match, we knew how good they were going to be. We were able to compete with them, but we definitely were having troubles scoring,” said coach Josh Wastvedt. “Our defense adjusted well and kept up with them, which is something I’m very proud of the girls for.”
Sarah Lagge had 17 assists, Paige Lagge had 11 digs and Kaitlyn Klein had seven.
The final score was Wildcats 3,Troopers 0. Set scores were 18-25, 19-25 and 11-25.
The Wildcats played a hard fought game, so Wastvedt made some adjustments to the line up and offensive system to use for their game against the Trojans a few days later.
