Troopers wrap up strong season with State Qualifier loss

The Garrison Troopers’ impressive 2024-25 basketball season came to a close on Saturday night following a tough loss to Bishop Ryan in the NDHSAA Division B State Qualifier round.
While the team fell just short of a State Tournament appearance, their season was filled with remarkable achievements, historic milestones, and memorable performances that cemented them as one of the top teams in Region 4.
The Troopers put together a resilient postseason run, finishing in the top three in both the District 8 Tournament and Region 4 Tournament, proving themselves as one of the most competitive teams in Class B basketball.
Their journey ended just one game short of State, but the program has plenty to celebrate as they reflect on a season of hard work, perseverance, and success.
A large part of Garrison’s success this year was due to the leadership and outstanding play of their two standout seniors, Little Hail Perkins and Treyson Iglehart, both of whom left a lasting mark on the program.
