Troopers win two in season opener

Garrison Trooper baseball traveled to Makoti to open their season on Monday.
Due to bad weather, both games were going to be shortened to five innings. In the fifth inning, the game was tied up and had to roll into the sixth inning. Tied again in the sixth, the teams played a seventh inning that ended in a Trooper win. Statistics were not available for this game at time of printing.
