Troopers split weekly schedule

GARRISON — Last week the Garrison Troopers boys basketball team competed in two contests, a home game against the Velva Aggies that the Troop won 78-66 and a road contest against heated rival Shiloh Christian that ended in a resounding Troopers defeat, 87-58.
In the team’s first game of the week the group hosted the Velva Aggies, a group of athletes Garrison’s team is familiar with; the two schools co-op for football and wrestling leading to plenty of roster overlap.
