Troopers run away with win

During the first quarter, this is to be a pretty even match-up between the Garrison Troopers and the Max Cossacks. Both team played aggressively with good passes and blocking shots.
In the second quarter, the Troopers started with long passes and shots that just started dropping in.
Dawson Wimer was all over the court blocking passes and had six steals.
Averey Kerzmann was knocking down free throws like it was his job making all six of his attempts.
During the second quarter Kolin Westman dropped in a beautiful three-point shot.
Garrison was up 14 at the half.
Both teams came out of half time fired up and were shooting amazingly.
Josh Thompson was Max’s the counterpart to Kerzmann’s free throw, in which he made 8/15.
By the fourth quarter you could tell they Troop was feeling the win. They calmed down and were setting up plays. At one point Garrison was up by 22 points during the fourth.
Final score Garrison 56, Max 42 in the this District 5 exhibition game.
