Troopers play at Capital City Shootout
Teams from all over North Dakota ascended to Bismarck State College on Dec. 27 and 28.
On Friday, the Trooper boys took on Harvey High School first.
This was a close matchup from the beginning, staying within a few points difference. Scoring was spread out through six Troopers with Gaige Robert sbeing the leader with 17 points, followed by Little Hail Perkins with 16.
Despite the effort, Harvey was able to squeak out a win with 60 points to Garrison’s 54.
The Lady Troopers took on Standing Rock following the boys’ game.
The girls took off strong and never looked back. They held the lead throughout the game versus Standing Rock.
