Troopers fall to Nedrose
BY TYSON SMEDSTAD ZIEMANN
The Troopers cut their Christmas vacation a bit short to squeeze in a recent game against Nedrose.
Scoring was low in the first quarter: Garrison sat at two points and Nedrose at six points. However, it would not remain like that.
The Troopers struggled the rest of the first half and could not get ahead of the Cardinals, finishing the half down by 12. The boys struggled with turnovers and shots that just wouldn't drop in.
“We are continuing to fight and play hard,” Justin Folk, Troopers head coach, said. “We show signs, at times, of really good things; then struggle at times.”
