Troopers beat Mustangs and Bison

Garrison-Max hosted the Surrey Mustangs Sept. 11 in another junior varsity showdown and it was one for the books. Final score was 48-34, Troopers on top.
On the third play of the game, Ty Igelhart ran in for one of his touchdowns to bring the score to 6-0.
Quarterback Carson Calhoun connect with six receivers with threw for 534 throwing yards. He took hit after hit, but kept getting up and throwing the ball.
The score was tied up 34-34 in the third quarter.
That’s when Deven Ziemann came alive with three touchdowns and five catches for 147 yards. It was his first game back this season for the Troopers.
