After opening the season 0-2, the Garrison-Max Troopers volleyball team is turning heads. The team knocked off previously undefeated Powers Lake last week. The ladies are also undefeated in Super Region 5 play.
The Troopers are busy this week. Monday, the team traveled it’s home court in Max to take on Parshall. Tuesday, the ladies went to Center to take on the Wildcats in a Super Region 5 battle. Thursday (tonight) the team has another Super Region 5 match-up against Turtle Lake-Mercer-McClusky in Turtle Lake.
Parshall
On Monday, the Trooper volleyball team played Parshall on their home court in Max. The night went smoothly, with a 25-15, 25-14, and 25-14 wins.
“This was a big win to start the week,” said Coach Jennifer Hirsch.
