Troop, Max sent packing
Trojans claim District title

The Turtle Lake-Mercer-McClusky Trojans are this year’s District 10 champions. The Trojans held off the Washburn Cardinals 49-37, Monday night, in Washburn.
A pair of region qualifiers saw Wilton-Wing get all over Garrison, 67-49, and Underwood bowl over Center-Stanton by 30, 63-33.
The Trojans, Cardinals, Miners and Comets move on to the Region 5 Tournament in Bismarck.
Sent packing were the Max Cossacks, Garrison Troopers and Center-Stanton Wildcats.
The four square off against their District 9 counterparts at Legacy High School in Bismarck.
Shiloh Christian outlasted Solen, 69-60, to claim the championship banner.
In region qualifiers, Standing Rock took care of New Salem-Almont, 73-63, and Flasher sent Grant County packing, 63-38.
Back at District 10, the Troopers’ Noah Sloka was named the district’s senior athlete of the year. District 10 Coach of the Year was Joi Anderson, TL_M-M.
