Running for a spot at state

WASHBURN – Cross Country teams from Garrison, Max-South Prairie and White Shield competed here last Saturday in the North Dakota Class B West Regional Cross Country meet in preparation for the state meet on Oct. 21 in Jamestown. Runners from the schools competed across two events in boys and girls divisions for a total of four races. In the Mens’ 5000 meter race, the schools sent out five runners: Delancy Wilkinson of White Shield, Nathan Samson of Max-South Prairie and August Majeres, Javier Parlier and Gavin Ruud of Garrison.
