Outdoor show to feature Garrison
The Garrison area will once again be highlighted in one of TV’s top regional outdoor shows.
Jason Mitchell recently spent a day on Lake Audubon filming for his show, Jason Mitchell Outdoors.
Mitchell fished with Mort Bank, Bismarck, an inductee in the North Dakota Fishing Hall of Fame.
The anglers focused their efforts on small mouth bass, catching several fish on both spinner baits and top water lures. The anglers also caught two pike.
“Lake Audubon is such an incredible smallmouth bass fishery and these fish are so much fun to catch as they will hit the top water lures and make numerous jumps before they finally come to the boat,” said Mitchell. “This is just a great story that has to be told because so many anglers don’t realize how good this fishing is.”
