Mustangs trample the Troop
Surrey surges back in the fourth quarter

Garrison Trooper's boy's basketball opened their season on Saturday with a home game against the Surrey Mustangs.
In the first quarter, Garrison jumped to an early lead with most of the scoring coming from junior Connor Kerzmann.
With two minutes left in the first, Surrey pulled ahead, but Garrison tied it up with 15 seconds left.
The score tied 12 to 12 going into the second quarter.
Both teams struggled to get any points on the board for the first few minutes. At the five-minute mark, Surrey dropped in their first two points of the quarter. Braxton Iglehart answers with a layup.
The Troopers rallied with 30 seconds left on the board, pulling their lead to an impressive 12 point lead going into halftime.
With five minutes left in the third quarter, Kerzmann went out with an ankle injury.
Surrey started creeping back while dropping Garrison's lead to a mere six points.
Tyler Severtson was fouled just before Surrey's coach received a technical foul for unprofessional conduct.
Kerzmann emerged from the locker room and was back on the court with 30 seconds left on the clock in the third.
