Lady Troopers take a bite out of the Bulldogs
In the first game of the double header, the Lady Troopers took on the Flasher Bulldogs on Thursday night.
In quarter one, Flasher ran up a 16-point lead before Garrison could even get on the board. With 3:30 left in the first Abigail Heinzen pushed through a borage of Bulldogs. Besides dropping in two points, she got fouled and stepped to the line. She made her free throw. So far, it’s a very physical game. Cara Schlehr made a very long 3 point shot to finish up the quarter. The score at the end of the first quarter was Garrison 12, Flasher 21.
