Lady Troopers split their week

The Lady Troopers volleyball team won one, lost one last week.
Garrison took on Nedrose Oct. 13. The match went through five sets with the Cardinals coming out on top three sets to two. Although the girls fell to Nedrose they played hard. Josie Westman led with 43 assists and four aces. Karli Klein had 24 digs, followed closly by Kaelie Pegors with 23. Captain Haley Huesers had a whopping 24 kills for the evening.
Then, two days later the girls took on Killdeer and swept the first three sets for the win. In the first set, the girls won by six. Killdeer made a come back run with a close second match, but Garrison was able to hang on for the win.  It was a quick third set with the Troopers taking it 25-11. Klein had 15 kills, followed by Bailey Cooper and Coryssa Behles who both had five. Cooper led with 13 digs, Pegors had 11 and Emalie Jeffrey had 10.
