Lady Troopers for the win
BY TYSON SMEDSTAD
The Troopers swept the Lewis & Clark-Berthold Bombers last Tuesday night in three sets. This shows much improvement from last year when the Troops lost all three sets to L/C-B.
The Lagge sisters were on fire. Sarah Lagge had 28 assists, while Paige Lagge logged 29 digs.
“We saw a lot of great things on varsity,” Head Coach Brooke Walter said. “A lot of hustle and heart, which we are expecting from our girls. Everyone did their part.”
Kalie Pegors held her own with five aces while serving, followed by Kaitlyn Klein with three.
“Kaelie Pegors did a great job serving,” Walter said. “And our back row all played their part.”
