Garrison to host MSU golf event
Minot State University is inviting alumni and friends in the Garrison area to play golf at the Garrison Golf Club July 20. This event will be a four-person, nine-hole scramble. Organizers said registration will begin at 4:30 p.m., with a shotgun start at 5 p.m. A social will immediately follow completion of golf, approximately at 7 p.m.
The visit in Garrison is part of MSU’s fifth annual “Summer Friend-Raising Golf Tour.” The summer tour, which has the motto of “Golf One or Golf Them All,” has one more stop after Garrison, and that is in Kenmare on Aug. 5. Prizes will be awarded at each event.
