Garrison Softball opens season with road loss to Surrey
The Garrison Troopers softball team hit the road Monday to open their 2025 season, taking on a strong Surrey squad in cold, early spring conditions. Despite a lopsided 19-2 final score in favor of Surrey, Garrison’s young team found positives to build on as they begin their season journey.
Head Coach Jacque Schaible noted that while the scoreboard wasn’t in Garrison’s favor, the team showed resilience and a determination to learn from the experience.
