G-M Trooper netters get win

Chalk one up in the win column for the Garrison-Max Troopers volleyball team. The ladies shutout Parshall this past Thursday, three-zip.
Coach Jessica Turck said the Troopers came ready to play.
“They felt confident, and by the third set they were really clicking,” she said.
One of the attributes the team possesses early on is teamwork, the coach said.
“I think they have great chemistry already and huge potential this season,” Turck noted.
The Troopers opened the season Sept. 1 hosting Lewis and Clark. Turck said the Bombers came in showing mid-season form.
“Berthold is always a tough first match,” she said. “They always seem to get into an early tournament so they have several matches in before we see them.”
