District 10 boys begins

It’s boys basketball tournament time in North Dakota. Locally, the District 10 Boys Basketball Tournament tips off Friday in Washburn.
Turtle Lake-Mercer-McClusky, by virtue of being the No. 1 seed, will have an opening round bye.
Action tips off at 4 p.m. Friday with No. 4 seed Wilton-Wing facing No. 5 Underwood. Game two has Max, No. 7 seed, going up against No. 2 Garrison. The last game of the day pits No. 3 Washburn vs. No. 6 Center-Stanton.
Games continue Saturday, beginning at 4 p.m. Region qualifying games and the championship tilt are Monday with play beginning, also at 4. The top four teams advance to Region 5 play.
Doors open one hour before the first game each day.
