Cross country co-op off and running
New team includes Max, Garrison, South Prairie

A new day is dawning on cross-country in northern McLean County. Rather than go it alone with a handful of participants each, Max, Garrison and South Prairie voted last fall to form a co-op in the sport. This is the first year of the arrangement through the North Dakota High School Activities Association.
Coach Olsen Zerr said team chemistry is already starting.
“The kids are building a great relationship among the three schools, which is good to see,” he said.
A mentorship is also growing, he said.
